Do this 10 times. You can also do lunges with weights. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and repeat the same instructions as above.
4) Burpees –
This is another exercise that increases your vertical jump. It can also help you to gain weight. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms out to the sides. Jump up into a push-up position and then jump down. That’s one repetition. Do this 10 times. For a more intense workout, do this exercise while holding a weight in each hand.
5) Sit-ups –
This is another good exercise for increasing your vertical jump. Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Place your hands under your shoulders and lift your hips off the floor. Raise your head and shoulders off the floor. Do this 10 times. To make this exercise easier, place a small pillow between your legs.
